The encrypting key cannot be changed once you setup your Backup Set. This is necessary for the integrity of the Backup Set, making sure that backup data is only encrypted by one key. Otherwise, you will have to remember two encryption keys when you want to restore your files in the future. You will need to recreate your Backup Set if you really want to change your encrypting key. Because your encryption key is never sent to our server, and to maintain the highest level of security we do not keep records of your key. If you forget your key your backed up data will be unreadable, it is recommended you generate a new key and create a new backup as quickly as possible.
