How do I renew my account?

 

By default, each hosting account that is prepaid monthly or yearly is renewed automatically on its respective anniversary date, unless the account is being cancelled ahead of time.

Example:
If you order a monthly hosting plan on February 10th, your next charge will be on March 1st and so on. The month of February will be prorated.


We do not automatically renew hosting accounts that are prepaid for 2 years. Instead, customers will receive a renewal reminder email from us at least 1 week prior to their service expiry.

Note: As renewal reminders, as well as other important announcements, are sent out to customers based on the primary Email Address they maintain in their
Colosseum Online Inc Client Area, be sure to always maintain a valid email address there.
